Our Spa Director has crafted a unique massage and beauty menu to stimulate the senses, release tension, and balance raw emotions. Aromatherapy, sensory techniques, and the most select products and natural ingredients are artfully combined in unforgettable feel-good journeys. All while enjoying sweeping views of the forest canopy.
Fitness
An invigorating exercise session will keep you on your toes! Functional training equipment and state of the art cardio machines are housed in a gym with a view. It’s the perfect spot to engage the body in a controlled workout setting that will channel the forest’s unstoppable energy.
Meditation
Mindful meditation is a gateway to bliss. Don’t miss out on a chance to fully commune with nature while elevated high above the forest canopy. Sweeping views of a tapestry of greens will inspire calm contemplation and a heightened sense of connection with the intangible.
Yoga
The forest-surrounded Yoga Deck blends the energy of nature to let you fully take advantage of Yoga’s mind and body benefits. Enjoy a group or self-led session, or try out one of the recorded on-demand lessons available on a tablet.
Water Therapy
Reconnect with your inner balance through the healing element of water. This nurturing experience invites you to surrender into warm water, where gentle, mindful movements help release physical tension, restore energetic flow, and cultivate a deep sense of peace. Your therapist gently guides you through a series of water immersions designed to help you reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and restore inner balance. A holistic journey that supports relaxation, renewal, and harmony for the body, mind, and spirit.

Enjoy our complimentary daily wellness sessions, offered at 8:15 AM and 4:00 PM in the Yoga Room. Reservations are not required; however, we recommend arriving at least 5 minutes before the session begins, as availability is limited. Our weekly wellness program features a curated selection of experiences, including yoga, guided meditation, sound healing, and other restorative practices designed to nourish your body and mind.
